Here is the Building....

Grand Park Town Condominium is located in the same soi with Laos Embassy. It's a convenient area, connecting to many roads (Ratchada, Rama9, Ramkhamhaeng and Ladprao), easy to get transportations (Bus, Motor-bike, Taxi or Song-taew). Just 5-10 minutes drive to the MRT (Thailand Cultural Centre Station/Huaykwang Station) and about 10-20 mintures drive to Sukhumvit (Ekamai/Thonglor), near express way (Ekamai-Ramindra). Surrounded by Shopping Centers, Banks, Embassies, Schools, Sport and Entertainment Complexes.

Called E Type

Strange shape? :-) That was what I thought so when I saw it at the first time from the brochure. But when I went to look at it, then the picture was clear. Basically the main big square box is a large living room, the L shape box on the right is the bedroom, a small bathroom right up the end and the kitchen is out side the room on the balcony.

Welcome to my flat! :-)

The soft real leather sofa is there, It's a L shape sofa which you can split off to 5 pieces and can move around. The fridge is behind there and the microwave is on top of it. Marble floor which can help you cool your feet down from the hot days. M size balcony (became M size after installed 2 compressors for air-cons) but still big enough for you to put small chair or hang your clothes ;-p

This area is in the bedroom, if you look from the room plan, it's on the top of the little L box. Confuised? Me too (~*~) hm...m anyway it's there.

Window in the bedroom? Oh..of course, so here we have a window in the bedroom and a balcony for the living room. It's giving you lots of light and fresh air.

The Bathroom is my pride and joy, it has been renovated from the tiny little small hole to a beautiful relaxing room..

Built-in kitchen with black granite top counter, 4 stoves (3 gas and 1 electric, in case you run out of gas :-)), electric oven under it, the little 2 level shelfs on top, sink on the left, M size cupboard and 3 step drawers down the bottom.
